Daily Status Report

Hello Natasha!
Please find below a list of your current orders, and the current status of each one.

Whilst we have done our best to maintain our 10 working day lead times for made-to-measure blinds, a higher than usual workload, combined with shipments of stock taking longer than usual to reach us, are putting constant pressure on this. We are working hard behind the scenes to resolve these issues and return to our regular lead times.

As much as possible we’ll keep the dates below, however these are subject to change. Therefore, in the meantime, we’d appreciate your assistance in the points below in order to avoid disappointment to your customers:

  • To avoid extra fitting costs, we advise that you don’t book a fitter until the goods have arrived and been checked.
  • Carriers are currently taking longer to deliver, please allow an extra day for receiving your goods.
  • Timed deliveries are not currently guaranteed by our Carriers, if you have a specific timed requirement, please contact us.
We’re sorry if you’ve been affected and thank you for your patience and support while we look to resolve this over the coming weeks.
