Hi Darren 

Further to your call, I can confirm that the high-level roller blinds were installed June 
2023.   I have raised a service sheet for us to attend and replace the silver chain, it may be 
sensible to change this to white plastic so avoid a reoccurrence.     These are out of 
warranty but I have put through FOC.

Please can you let me have the contact details for the tenant so we can arrange the works.
