Hi Jarn

I was literally just talking to fitter when you emailed.  I tried to call you to discuss 

I expect the fabric to relax and the creases to improve to a degree.    That said, the light 
from side windows highlights all stitch marks and dips in fabric etc.  which is what we had 
said was a big part of the problem previously and sadly the new fabric hasn’t made 
difference we would have liked.   When the side windows are covered  (fitter used 
cardboard below ) the blind looks very different.   

The only thing I can suggest that blinds are added to the sides to prevent the light shining 
across or we install a roller blind behind the roman blind and the roman is used simply to 
dress the window, while the roller blind provides a back drop to video calls.

The new blind is up but I’m thinking he won’t like it again ?? 
Is there anyway if we steamed before he gets back it will improve the look?
