Having reviewed the invoices and discussed, we will and are happy to make payment of the invoice for £299 as we were satisfied with the plantation shutters provided. However, the issue we had was the Roman blind with the silver manual chain. Given we have paid the majority of the invoice relating to the Roman blinds, we do not propose to settle the outstanding amount of £133 due to our dissatisfaction.
Please could you confirm you are happy with the above and we can consider the matter settled once the £299 is received.

I should be grateful if you could review previous correspondence as there is a reason these monies are outstanding. There are historic communications between us and the company. We were left highly unsatisfied with one item installed which we advised the company of, at the time. A member of your team also came to review the blind in question, this would be the grey blind that was ordered.
As we explained, it was not what we had ordered.
We have since moved out the property so can not welcome the team again for obvious reasons.
As the design was not what we had expected we had asked for a review.
We will wait to hear from you.

It was a shame you could not make the meeting , where I could explain the reason your installation was designed as it is. I am happy to arrange another time to meet you at your convenience.
It is very unfortunate that you did not understand the shutter configuration that I recommended and was quoted for.
I am disappointed that you are disappointed.
We will , of course credit the motor for the living room blind
I will ask Leeana to be in touch shortly to arrange the additional trim to be fitted to the bathroom shutter.
We are unable to attach the centre tilt rod retrospectively and would not really make the operation any easier only a more fussy installation.
On reviewing the bed room installation from an aesthetic point. I cannot see what I would have recommended differently
